This court case was a failed attempt by Richard Morton Scoville of the FreeSpeechStore to intimidate the AHBL administrators.

After losing the case and failing to follow through with moving the case to a federal court, he admitted that the case was frivolous and without merit. Unfortunately, by this time, it was too late to hold him accountable for his scam on the courts.
