====== Richard Scoville (FreeSpeechStore) vs AHBL ======
This court case was a failed attempt by Richard Morton Scoville of the FreeSpeechStore to intimidate the AHBL administrators.

After losing the case and failing to follow through with moving the case to a federal court, [[https://ahbl.org/_media/documents/images/ceospeech-2010.png?t=1512938150&w=499&h=410&tok=2600a4|he admitted that the case was frivolous and without merit]]. Unfortunately, by this time, it was too late to hold him accountable for his scam on the courts.
