Hello Brian,
A few weeks ago I asked you to remove my private email addresses from
your web site. Thank you for taking action on this.
I now notice that you have posted on your web site statements about me
which are untrue.

Who is Nigel Featherston? Well, hes a kooky antispammer who let his
lawsuits go to his head. His first mistake was thinking that the
Internet was only the web. Then, he discovered Google Groups, and began

existance.

As you may be aware, making untrue statements about someone can
constitute libel. Please remove these untrue statements immediately,
and cease making such statements in the future.

Threats of a lawsuit out of your own mouth. If you want to clarify your
position, thats fine, I'll update the page with your comment about this.
But, its out of your own mouth that you made it clear you might consider
suing. That is a cart00ney.
Now, just to be nice, I'll change it to say you made threats about possible
litigation towards usenet members and servers that didn't remove all
offending posts about you and your e-mail address.
Note that this message is a cart00ney in on itself, and will be posted to
usenet and my site as well.
You really want me to go through each of your postings and pull out every
comment you made about taking legal action against people if they didnt
comply with you?

If you make statements which are untrue, like the statements I just
referenced, that can constitute libel. If you quote me accurately, that
is not libel.
Please remove any of the untrue statements you have made in reference to
me, and please cease making such statements.

Last time I checked, that was a threat of a possible lawsuit.
Now, the part of you thinking the internet was only the web was directly
from your own words in a phone conversation, IIRC. I'll check that though
and verify this.

That paragraph still contains statements which are untrue. You have no
knowledge of what I was thinking. Unless you know a statement to be

I'll remove "His first mistake was thinking that the Internet was only the
web", but the rest is staying and will not be removed. Also, this entire
thread is being posted to NANAE and my own Cart00nies page for the world to
see.

with this crap, I will contact your ISP monday morning and let them know
you've been harassing my co-admins who have nothing todo with this issue.
